Waste Reception & Storage

Waste-to-fuel system comprises of waste reception with storage capacity to hold 5 days waste supply to ensure a constant supply of waste fuel to a boiler.

Waste Sorting

Automatic, semi-automatic, or manual waste pre-sorting to remove all non-combustible material, such as metals, glass, electronic waste etc. Pre-sorted materials are recycled as raw materials.

Waste Shredding:

The remaining combustible waste material is crushed to suitable particle size.

Waste Water Purification

One main auxiliary of Renergenc WtoEPP solution is a Container-Based Flotation Technology (CbFT). CbFT is used to purify leachate water from the waste so that the water can be let to nature and the sludge created goes back to the incinerator.
